TJT have been working for us for over 3 years and have consistently provided us with an exemplary standard of service. As a business, we have required TJT to look after all 6 of our self catering properties and in many cases, be our face to face representative/guest contact in Cheltenham. The management of the properties has included the following duties:

• Cleaning after each stay including quarterly spring cleans
• Identifying maintenance issues and arranging for tradesmen to carry out maintenance work
• Meeting of tradesmen and ensuring that repairs are carried out successfully
• Window cleaning & carrying out of minor repairs or paint touch-ups
• Meeting guests and emergency call outs if problems occur
• Watering of gardens and sweeping of outside entrances
• Overseeing the washing of bed linen and towels
• Periodically checking that all appliances and electrical equipment is in order, changing of light bulbs, adjusting time on appliances and clocks
• Shopping for apartment supplies and cleaning products
• Inventory and stock checks
• Reading of gas and electricity meters

Tomasz and Joanna are a friendly and enthusiastic wife and husband team who carry out their work to a very high standard. They are also very flexible and proactive in their approach.

It has been very reassuring to know that our properties and the customer facing side of the business has been in the capable hands of Tomasz and Joanna – time and time again, they have proven themselves to be responsible, reliable and always eager to help.
